Every engagement starts with a 30-day system build before campaigns go live. The onboarding fee covers that build. It is one-time, billed upon contract signing, and identical across all three tiers — because the build itself doesn't change based on which tier you're on. What changes is what runs on top of it.

What's locked in. What isn't.
Why six months is the minimum.
Acquisition systems take 30 days to build, 30 days to calibrate, and 30 days to optimize. Anything shorter than 90 days isn't an engagement — it's a setup with no payoff. The six-month minimum exists because that's the runway every system needs to actually compound. Anyone selling you 'try us for a month' is selling you a setup fee, not a system.
What month seven looks like.
After the six-month minimum, the engagement converts to month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. The infrastructure we built — the GHL sub-account, the automation workflows, the dashboards — stays with you. We hand over admin access on day one of the engagement and never lock you out.
What you can change mid-engagement.
You can upgrade tiers any time (Starter → Growth, Growth → Scale) — the difference is prorated. You can swap your chosen Starter channel after the first 60 days if it's not converting. You can add a new system (e.g., add the AI Automation System to Growth) for a documented add-on rate. What you cannot do is downgrade — because the build below the tier you're on assumes the higher tier's scope.
