About

An AI marketing agency built like a product company.

AI Marketing Agency is a New York–based growth partner. We build six interlocking systems — acquisition, brand visibility, revenue, outreach, content, and AI automation — for ambitious brands that have outgrown ad-hoc tactics. We hold a GoHighLevel Admin certification, operate as a US LLC, and stay deliberately faceless because the systems are the thing being sold.

How we operate ↓

Why AI Marketing Agency exists.

In 2024 and 2025, three things became true at the same time. AI tooling stopped being a novelty and started being infrastructure. The cost of running a skilled marketing operation collapsed. And the buyers — the operators running growth-stage businesses — started asking sharper questions about what their agency actually shipped.

The agencies built before that shift have layered AI on top of their old service models. They sold the same retainer they sold in 2019, with ChatGPT logos in the deck. The buyers know the difference.

AI Marketing Agency was built starting from the systems and assembling the team around them — the opposite order. Six systems, named and productized. A 30-day build before any campaign goes live. Transparent pricing on the website. A GoHighLevel infrastructure layer the client owns from day one. Every choice is engineered against the assumption that the buyer is sophisticated enough to verify the work.

We sell systems, not services.

A service is something you buy by the hour, the deliverable, or the campaign. A system is something you buy once and operate continuously. The difference is the second derivative — services produce outputs; systems produce outputs that compound.

Most agencies optimize for the deliverable because that's how the contract is structured. Five LinkedIn posts a week. Two blog articles a month. Quarterly campaign creative. The agency ships, the client checks the box, the invoice goes out. Both sides quietly know that none of those deliverables, individually, change the trajectory of the business.

What changes the trajectory is infrastructure that produces outputs without supervision. A measurement model that doesn't require a deck to interpret. An attribution layer that survives the agency engagement. A GoHighLevel build the client owns and can hand to their next operator. We sell the infrastructure. The deliverables happen as a consequence of the system running.

Six systems. One agency. Built to be operated, not consumed.

The four phases of every engagement.

01

Audit

Days 1–7

Before any work begins, we audit the current state. Existing ad accounts, attribution models, GHL setup if one exists, every active campaign, every dormant landing page, the email list shape, the GBP, the schema markup, the sitemap. The audit produces a single document: a gap report. The gap report is what we operate against for the next 23 days.

02

Architect

Days 8–14

With the gap report in hand, we design the system architecture for whichever tier the client is on. The output is a 90-day roadmap: which campaigns deploy in which order, which automations run on which triggers, which dashboards live in which sub-account, what the measurement plan looks like by channel. The architect phase exists because building without architecture produces tools, not systems.

03

Build

Days 15–28

This is the largest block of work. The GoHighLevel sub-account gets built. Automations get wired. Dashboards get configured. Sales asset templates get drafted. The first campaign creative gets shipped to the ad account but not yet launched. By day 28, the system exists end-to-end — it just hasn't been turned on.

04

Run

Day 29+

On day 29 the campaigns deploy and the system starts producing. The work shifts from build to optimize. Continuous bid management, weekly attribution review, monthly architecture revisions if the data demands them. The Run phase is what every other agency calls the engagement. We call it the consequence of the engagement.

GoHighLevel Admin Certified.

AI Marketing Agency holds an active GHL Admin certification. Every engagement deploys infrastructure on the GoHighLevel platform — and the certification is what guarantees the build is done correctly the first time, not patched together by a generalist who learned the platform on YouTube.

The tools we operate against.

Why there are no faces on this site.

The default move for a marketing agency is to lead with founder photos and team bios. We don't, and the choice is deliberate.

Three reasons. First — when an agency's brand value lives in personalities, the engagement is a personality engagement. The work is downstream of who answers the email. We've watched founders trade on charisma and watched the work suffer for it. AI Marketing Agency is structured so the system carries the weight, not the people running it on a given week.

Second — the agencies that lead with founder bios are usually selling access to those founders. That model breaks the moment the founder is busy, on vacation, or off the account. Our pricing structure assumes the system runs whether or not a specific person is in the room. Faceless on the website is consistent with how the engagement actually operates.

Third — the buyer we want to work with does not need to see a founder photo to evaluate competence. The buyer who needs that signal is, with respect, not the buyer we built this for.

When the time is right to introduce US-based account leadership to the site, we will — once. With one photo, one bio, and the same restraint.

Operating from New York.

AI Marketing Agency LLC is registered in the state of New York. We chose New York deliberately — not because it's where the team is geographically concentrated, but because it's where the buyers we serve are concentrated. Mid-market and growth-stage operators in the US East Coast corridor make up most of our client base, and a NYC LLC is the legal and operational home that makes those engagements simple.

What we don't pretend: we are not a 200-person Manhattan office. AI Marketing Agency operates as a lean, distributed team executing against systems engineered to be portable. The NYC LLC is real. The brick-and-mortar office is not. We say so because pretending otherwise is the kind of thing that erodes trust the moment it's discovered.

The team.

A small, deliberate team. US-based account leadership joins in 2026 — when that hire is announced, this section will introduce them. Until then, every engagement is run against the same systems and the same standards regardless of who's on the email thread.
